***Regarding jacket sizing: our Jackets come in sizes XS, S, M, L, and XL only. If you need a different size jacket than the springsuit size ordered, just let us know in the order comments and we will be happy to accommodate you!

For example...

While we do offer XL jackets, we don't have XL springsuits (that's why XL is not listed as an option - but you can still request an XL jacket!)
While we do offer XXS and Small-Tall springsuits, we don't have jackets in those sizes, so you will need to let us know which jacket size you want in the order comments. XXS springsuits are suggested to pair with XS, and Small-Tall may want to choose a Small or Medium.
If you plan on layering, you *might* want to size-up on the jacket - depending on your measurements and fit preference.

Our Premium Ready-to-Wear collections are made with luxuriously soft and supple limestone-based Yamamoto Neoprene (2.5 mm thick) and high-quality, 4-way stretch Lycra fabric. Together with our exceptionally tailored design, these materials provide added stretch and a more flexible, forgiving fit than other wetsuits of comparable thickness that you may be used to.

What's more...our signature side-ties allow for greater variance in bottom sizing: cinch tighter or loosen as needed for a more customized fit

It is important to remember that every woman's body is different, and our wetsuits stretch in subtle ways to fit differently based on height and weight distribution as well as specific measurements.

Sirensong Wetsuits Measurements and Sizing Guide

The cm ranges presented above estimate the minimum and maximum body measurements expected to comfortably fit in a given size, and are based on actual wetsuit measurements and stretch capacity.
For example, with the XS Bust range of 73-85 cm: 73 cm is just slightly larger than the actual wetsuit measurement (you want it to stretch for a snug fit), and 85 cm is at the upper end of the materials' stretch capacity.
For an optimal fit, your measurements should be somewhere within the given range, but larger measurements may still fit if you are smaller in other areas.
Taller ladies or those with a long torso who fall in the XS or Medium category may want to choose a larger size to accommodate additional height. Our jackets provide an option for those with a hard time fitting in a 1-piece suit. We look forward to adding XL springsuits and additional tall sizes in future collections!

Order Flow...

Prior to shipping, each wetsuit goes through a hands-on finishing process, followed by a thorough quality-control inspection. Orders are generally shipped from our home-base in Hawaii, within 1-2 business days.

Orders containing hats, including grab-bags, may take an extra day or two, as the hats are generally not finished in advance of ordering.
Occasionally, during high volume sales periods/sale events, it may take longer than 1-2 days to get your order out. If you have a shipping deadline we should be aware of (e.g., leaving for a trip, a birthday, etc.) – please let us know in your order comments or by email, and we will do our best to expedite the process on our end.

All of our shipping options include package tracking. Choose from our discounted flat-rates (USPS Priority Mail) to save money, or go with a courier service (FedEx/DHL) to get your package faster.

Once your order is packed-up and ready to ship, you will receive an email containing package tracking details.
Because we create shipping labels online, your shipping notification email may arrive before tracking details are updated online by the shipper. Not to worry...updates should appear soon!

Shipping Rates...

Kama'aina (all Hawaiian islands) — $6
Once received by USPS, delivery ranges from overnight (Oahu) up to 2 business days for outer islands.
Overnight Express (Hawaiian islands) — $22
While generally unnecessary on Oahu, outer-island customers requiring overnight service should choose this option. ( If you are on Oahu and require overnight service, choose this option if overnight is a MUST.)

Standard Domestic (Mainland, Alaska, Puerto Rico) — $12
This service generally takes 3–5 days, but occasionally longer, as routing overseas from Hawaii often adds extra time.
2-day Express (Mainland, Alaska, Puerto Rico) — $40
Please note that so-called 'overnight' service from Hawaii is virtually non-existent and generally takes 2-days.

Standard International flat-rate shipping — $24
Service generally takes 7–15 business days. Expect a slower Customs processing time when choosing this option.
Expedited International Express (FedEx, UPS, DHL) — Rates Vary
This is the fastest and most reliable option with the quickest Customs processing time. Rates vary depending on location and courier service.

***Please be advised that you are responsible for any import taxes/tariffs assessed-by and payable-to your home country. Customs processing time often adds unpredictability to the expected delivery date for international shipments.
